Profile Description

I am responsible for managing everything virtually. My functions and responsibilities highlighted In the job description template are managing spreadsheets and lists, acting as a personal assistant to my clients with their administrative tasks, answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, booking accommodations, organizing their calendars, and creating presentations as assigned.

As a Virtual Assistant, I can also perform clerical tasks like social media marketing with minimal supervision, use computers for various applications, have familiarity with current technologies, experience in word processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office), and knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g Google Calendar), excellent time management skills and organization skills
