Hello to my future clients! I can be your all around real estate assistant. 

Escrow assistant - almost 7 years working in a title insurance company. I am knowledgeable in requesting & tracking loan payoff statements (lenders/banks), lien & judgment payoff statements (IRS, different cities & counties, utility companies, attorneys & other entities), HOA statement & docs (management company), NHD report (CA only), utility statements (CA, NV, MO & WA), municipal lien certificate (MA), wire verification & check preparation.

Appointment Setter (NY)- started Nov 2021 up to present in the NYC rental market, scheduling possible tenant's appointments & assist them with securing a rental. 

Customer Service Specialist (IL) - started Mar 2022 up to present, calling future investors & making sure they're required document are all set before meeting with the agent. 

These experiences provide a good example on how I can be an asset to a real estate company with the knowledge & communication skills I currently have.
