Profile Description

I have been working in BPO industry for about 10 years. I started as a customer service representative for PayPal (ePerformax) where I have assisted customers/ clients about settings, set up, policies, transaction, dispute and processes that is related to their account or in general. I also worked for Telstra (Teleperformance) Residential billing specialist where I helped customers understand their bill, process application over the phone and check status of their Mobile, MWB and internet Upgrade to see actual infolled for Dodo Australia (Acquire Asia Pacific PH) customers about pending requirements in order for their application to be completed and also explained the status of it. Currently doing verification for Citi clients about credit card application. Aside from that I have done some admin works while doing verification like searching and linking of previous accounts and application to current one; Sorted emails, documents and applications; did some data entry where I transferred application details to system; and verify documents details are all valid and complete.
