I have more than 1 year experience as teachnical sales coordinator for an IT Networking company based in Dubai, UAE dealing with brands such as Fluke Networks, Fluke Industrial, Kyoritsu, Megger, Ekahau, Netally and more. I am doing calibration for Fluke networks copper tester locally and Gold support sales in my current company.I have almost 2 years working experience as a showroom sales executive for a reputable foam, mattress and furniture manufacturing company in the UAE based in Sharjah and Dubai.I have a solid 7 years experience as a customer service representative for international companies mostly USA based companies as technical support representative for mobile companies, internet service providers and health care providers. I am a team person and can multitask under pressure with minimum supervision, good work ethics and willing to work in shifting schedule. A very competitive, calm, patient, energetic, smart and objective individual who is an excellent team person with superb customer handling skills, possessing an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with all levels of customer even under pressure and handles all situation efficiently and professionally at all times.
