I've been in a call center industry for roughly 5 years. I've handled customer service and technical support. For customer service, I was part of a telecom and airlines accounts. And I was a tech for VOIP, cables, internet connection for light speed, DSL and wireless. Through that experiences I was able to developed skills like I'm very particular with details, done the step by step report of what had happened, pick up cues given by the customers and doing multi- tasking at the same time. I'm looking for a stable company wherein I can grow more as a person.
