I'm an AP Invoicing Associates in one of the largest banana plantation company here in Mindanao Philippines. I have been tasked to the following tasks; Handling Emails, review and validate invoice received, reconciled and cross-checked with the approved PO and receiving documents, archiving of invoice data according to its categories, verifying tax data, check whether there is bounce backs and should be able to handle wide variety of scenarios in which each invoices is processed, prepares BIR Form No. 2307/2306 per invoice.
I also do a basic task like scanning of invoices into a PDF Form and verify completeness of supporting documents attached before processing of payment.
Lastly, I am a Financial Management graduate with (7) years of actual experience in the field of Accounting and Earn 21 units in education.
