Since the company’s setup is centralized, for each and every RMA case that was submitted to me, I collaborated with at least 5 departments and we all worked together to solve. In 2 years' time, we were able to solve 350 RMA cases. 


IV. Research 
- As an Admin, I created a Comparative Analysis for each supplier quotation and materials/ devices we can choose from.

 - I also contributed more than 300 new and verified suppliers to the company’s Supplier Database.
