Profile Description

I have worked as a customer server representative/officer in 2 car companies for 5 yrs assigned in Service Upgrade to see actual infoemarketing and customer handling has been my line of work. Taking calls, reminders, set appointments and handle customer complaints has been my main job. I also had a short experience working in BPO industry doing tech support and also worked as accounts receivable clerk for 3yrs in a distribution company.
