I have been a Virtual Assitant for 2 years. My tasks vary from what my employers would want me to do. I answer email support tickets, handle Infusionsoft, Product Research, and data entry jobs too. I have been a Team Leader and a QA.
I have been a Billing/Sales and Customer Service Specialist working for AT&T Uverse for a year and 6 months. What I do is I answer queries and explain their bill, inform them of their balance, due date and payments they had made. I also provide credits or adjustments if necessary. As a sales specialist, I am taking and processing orders for AT&T Uverse customers, we do upsell and offer other UVerse products.
As a Computer Instructor, I was tasked to teach college students with computer courses. Which, gave me more knowledge and gave me the opportunity to explore, Subjects that I taught was programming +with Visual Basic 6.0, JAVA, C++, Assembly language, HTML, Computer Fundamentals which includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
My first job was being a Technical Support Representative or otherwise known as Network Engineers. We support, inbound calls for customers who have concerns on their home networking device/s specifically Linksys. I repair and install, wired and wireless routers, modems, switches, network adapters, game adapters, bridges and range expanders.
I am a fast learner and is used to do multi tasking. I am time conscious which I am very keen in making the deadline for the project. I can type fast for 45-55 wpm. I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I want a long-term stable job where I can help you build your business.
