I am an experienced IT Professional with extensive experience resolving escalated customer complaints and issues. I have a strong interpersonal and technical skills proven through customer satisfaction and peer recognition awards.

I’ve been in the IT industry for about 5 years working with companies and their clients coming from all over the world. I get myself equipped with online platforms I haven’t used before and apply it on the way I deliver my services to provide authenticity and great quality. I believe, learning is unending so I invested in it.
