Position Overview:As an Etsy Manager with proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Printful, my role will encompass the strategic management of an Etsy shop while leveraging your skills in graphic design, video editing, and e-commerce fulfillment. I'll be responsible for curating an attractive online presence, optimizing product listings, and coordinating with Printful to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Etsy Shop Management:
Create and curate engaging product listings using Canva to design eye-catching visuals and graphics.Write compelling product descriptions, utilizing my creativity to highlight product features and benefits.Implement effective SEO strategies to improve search visibility and attract potential customers.
Graphic Design and Branding:
Design custom banners, logos, and promotional materials using Canva to establish a consistent and appealing brand Upgrade to see actual infovelop visually appealing social media posts, banners, and marketing materials to engage the target audience.
Video Editing:
Utilize CapCut to edit product videos, tutorials, or promotional content to enhance the shop's online presence.Edit and optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging storytelling.
Inventory and Product Management:
Collaborate with the Printful platform to synchronize inventory and manage product availability.Monitor stock levels, update product information, and ensure seamless integration between Etsy and Printful.
Order Fulfillment and Customer Service:
Coordinate with Printful to oversee order processing, printing, packaging, and shipping.Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving any issues related to orders.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt the shop's strategy accordingly.Identify emerging trends and product opportunities to capitalize on the latest consumer demands.
Data Analysis and Improvement:
Regularly analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and conversion rates to make informed decisions.Implement strategies to enhance sales performance, optimize listings, and maximize revenue.
Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications and Skills:
