Profile Description

I am naturally inquisitive and enjoy studying/researching to learn & improve my skills.
I originally worked in the hospitality industry with roles such as Front Office Associate, CSR trainer, Quality Management, Community Manager, and Project Manager. I have been successful in these experiences by utilizing my excellent communication skills, ability to work harmoniously within a team, as well as problem analysis & solving skills.
All of my remote experiences have been for start-up e-commerce companies which gave me a deep understanding of foundation building which was very helpful in my role as an Operations Specialist. I am proficient in collaborating with other teams/departments to understand their workflow & tweaking them to be more efficient, creating integrations, and creating automation.
