Profile Description

After being an HR practitioner for almost 10 years, I am knowledgeable in Recruitment, Benefits Processing, Training and Organizational Development and the other facets of human resources.
Currently, I am a Special Investigator of a top integrated resort in Manila. As an SI, I am responsible in gathering relevant information, conducting thorough investigation and crafting appropriate recommendations for the committed offenses. I also handle trainings as instructed by our Head of Department.
My diverse work experience has trained me to adapt well to the environment and work well under pressure. I can efficiently work alone but can also contribute to the success of the team and demonstrate teamwork.
I am proficient with Microsoft Office. I can also express myself in English, verbal or written, competently.
