-Currently is a laravel, vue js and bootstrap web developer.
A.) I worked as a Technical Support Representative for a year. We handle calls for different support regarding wifi, data, from different types of internet like dsl, cable and wireless.
B.) I worked in a government regional branch of (Department of Education) in QC. I served as the ehad of all IT maintenance of the whole region. There are currently 4 big buildings (5 flrs each), where we do installation of new computers, printers, gadgets, softwares bought by the branch and mostly technical support.
When we say technical support, employees across the building would give us a call and I go or send my teammates to resolve their issues. Issues are the ff:
1.) Internet connectivity - where they need a connection using a new router (approved by us), or computer wont surf the internet, general navigation of a certain website, re-cabling of all internet wirings and everything related.
2.) Computer issues - these includes, computer lag, computer wont turn on/off, install a new software, virus problems, and in some cases where we have to bring the CPU (system unit) for deep repairs.
3.) Installation of systems, but mostly it was an approved system programmed from the head department (DepEd) where they give us settings needed to run it on a server. I do run an in-house website using the server
4.) Calls from all public shools regarding help with their IT equipments (all similar from above scenarios)
