I have ten year work experience in a bpo industry with customer service, sales and in admin works. Handled people, hotel, car and flight reservation, mortgage, billing and payments, online payments, health insurance, car emergency insurance, upsell and cross sell and I am confident that I can bring the utmost satisfaction to my clients because of the skills and knowledge that I gained from my experience. And not to brag I was able to be their top performer.I possess exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, allowing me to resolve customers/clients inquiries quickly and efficiently. I am also highly empathetic towards customers/people and can effectively manage their expectations. I can also type 55wpm. Furthermore, I have excellent micro-managing skills, which helps me handle multiple tasks at once without compromising on quality or performance. I also love learning new things and willing to share my knowledge when needed.I'm also a team player whereI care about my team mate or colleage. I used to proactively share my best practices (in selling and how I build connection to my customers) for me to get the sale or to atleast give them an imprint that I really value their time and effort to get in touch with us.
