Here are the list of my past experiences                                                                                                                                        
Xero Bookkeeping -  such as accounts payable and accounts receivable that includes invoice and bills payment processing, bank reconciliation, payment reconciliation, payroll processing, fixed asset register, setting up prepayments and accruals schedule, and maintaining accuracy with the general ledger.Hong Kong bookkeeping and accounting - accounts payable processing including monitoring bills and merchant payments using different mode of payments, payment reconciliation for customers’ accounts, bank reconciliation for different currencies, end-of-month customer collection reconciliation, monitoring general ledger, balance sheet and profit and loss, expense analysis including preparing reports for fluctuations, petty cash reconciliation.  Australian Tax and Compliance - I have an experience of preparing quarterly and monthly business activity statements for multiple clients specially for builders and restaurants. I can also prepare and create superannuation batch payments using Xero. Preparing year-end financial statements and income tax return for clients is also one of my most proud skills and I can also prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, trusts and companies using Xero Tax software. I was also engaged on cleaning the books for clients in preparation of their BAS and ITR. Preparing trust resolutions is also part of my Upgrade to see actual infostralian bookkeeping is also one of my skills that I have because of my extensive knowledge of the Australian Tax laws.Administrative Skills - I can draft formal emails for clients, organize a meeting using Google Meet, Zoom, or MS Teams, transcribe important details of meetings, edit photos, create content using TikTok platform, advertise your company on different social media and SEOSoftware used - Xero, Quickbooks, Karbon, Sharepoint, ATO portal, Upgrade to see actual info, Slack, Teams, Canva, Capcut.
