I used to be a Sales Business Manager for a little over 9 years. Worked with 5 different campaigns and was able to establish a name as well in the company.
I have honed many types of skill such as listening, understanding, and a lot more that is related to my role but what I consider the most important would be communication skills. Being able to have a good grasp of what the client needs, set the proper expectations, and being able to explain to them why is your solution the best for their current situation.
Selling is never easy, but by asking the right questions and proper confirmation of your understanding as to how they want their concerns to be solved, you will surely get excellent results.
