I am currently working in Globe Telecom in Sales & Marketing Department just started this year on January as a Lead Generation Specialist. My job here is to find new leads or company that fits to our product, make a short briefing of our product through phone by calling direct their Manager or the best person to talked to in decision making. Than after that i need to make appointments with them to our Account Manager for Product presentations and follow-ups. I have a quota in searching new leads and a prospect visit at least 5 visits in one day. Though at first i find it hard, but now i can make it more visits than five. And everyday i feel the challenge especially we can closed a bigger accounts in a month.
Even though I'm not so familiar with job i do but i try my very best to learned it and correct my every mistakes. I always find my job interesting and challenging.
