Hi I'm Kathleen and you may call me kh8, Well, first off I took up Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, then I had my first job in a call center industry, continued my career for 6 years that I enjoyed very much .
And in those long years, I have progressed from being in the frontline to training and coaching agents to perform higher level of customer service.
From being in the frontline agent, I had a chance working with the Account Management Team which is the Back Office where we offered a series of customer handling issues mostly are correspondence that enables focus in customer's queries from updating the acct information to handling higher level of disputes.
My career in the call center industry has always been about satisfying customers, exceeding client expectations and, continuous professional and personal progress.
I started out delivering the basics of making our client’s customers happy providing technical support, addressing customer inquiries and, converting complaints into opportunities to strengthen relationships. I was acknowledged more than once for my exemplary performance. As I took on bigger roles and responsibilities starting 2005, my work became more fulfilling. I enjoyed transferring knowledge and experience to others. I grow as a professional and as an individual as I watch others grow with a little help from me.
Now that I'm a mother of two, and everything is all back in its system, I am more
motivated and positive that I will do very well in any team, in any company, in any industry and I'll be in my best
and ready to take on a new challenge working from home.
