I've learned different type of skills like how to multi task, adaptability skills and most importantly, Persuasive Speaking skills. I handled one of the most challenging phone service
account which is Metro By T-mobile for over two years and move to TV service account which is AT&T Uverse, I work there as Technical Service Agent and later switch to AT&T Direct TV. Through the years of my experience I learned that to be able to accept challenges, you have to be strong willed and face every circumstances in a humble way, because for me, you have to be humble enough to be open to anything.
