I have a proven track record of success in each of my roles, and I am confident that my work experience has given me the skills and knowledge to excel in any position.

Throughout my career, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of many aspects of Helpdesk Management, CRM, ERP, and other cloud-based systems such as Reamaze, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Intercom, Asana, Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Shopify, BigCommerce, Woocommerce, Stripe, Square, Paypal, Interseller, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and other online/offline platforms.

I possess excellent business acumen, presentation and negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills. Most importantly, I'm flexible, fast learner and has a positive work attitude.
