Profile Description

I have ten years of Customer Service/Technical Support experience in a BPO setting. I experienced working as a Customer Service in a US-based travel account. I processed flight and hotel bookings, changes, cancellations, and provided customer service as well. For both Customer and Technical support, I had worked in a US-based phone/service provider account. I handled calls, emails, and chats. I provided support by answering inquiries, complaints, concerns, a few sales, network, and phone troubleshooting. I also became a Quality Assurance Analyst who listened to and evaluated agents' calls, audited live chats, chat transcripts, and email responses. I am experienced at doing Root Cause Analysis and formulating corrective action programs. I am a graduate of Office Administration and worked as an Administrative Support in an office setting for almost two years.

I had training in Appointment Setting, Email and Social Media Management, Facebook Ads, Data Entry, Graphic Design, Shopify, and Chatbot tutorial. I am comfortable in communicating using the English language. I am a quick learner, organized, resourceful, and have a "can-do" attitude.
