I have a 3 years and 8 months of experience in the banking industry.
During my tenure, I have been assigned to 3 different positions: (1) Customer Service Associate, (2) Marketing Support Associate and (3) Business Relationship Officer.
These positions have equipped me in handling deadlines well, giving the best customer service to clients and help them make informed decisions.
And at the same time protect the assets of the bank, the brand, and my credibility.
I have been also trained in leads generation, sales, marketing, data analytics and business processes.
Right now, I am currently employed at a BPO company as Search Content Moderator where I basically do web research to establish the web presence, connections, and verifiable information of the advertiser and check if it is a legit ad or a scam.
