I specialize in Customer Support (voice, email and chat) and E-Commerce Assistance, particularly on Amazon and Shopify.

As an e-commerce assistant, I can do the following:
- Inventory management for both FBA (inventory on Amazon) and FBM. This includes product listing (manual or using listing loader templates), researching, monitoring and reporting
- Management of dropshipping and print-on-demand (POD) online stores that operate in Shopify, integrated into various apps such as Printful, Gooten, Oberlo and AliExpress
- Photo editing and making images e-commerce-ready using Photoshop, and uploading them to image hosting websites like Photobucket. I can also use Canvy for mockup creation for POD stores
- Order processing/fulfillment
- Amazon seller refund/reimbursements for damaged/lost/destroyed items
- Email handling as well as handling payment and billing concerns

- Google Docs and Drive / Dropbox
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) / Adobe Photoshop CS3 / Canva / LUpgrade to see actual info
- Project management sites: Asana / Trello

- E-Commerce sites and tools: Amazon / Etsy / eBay / Shopify
- Fulfillment platforms: Shipstation / ShippingEasy
