Services Offered: Administrative support, calendar management, email management, data entry, travel arrangements, customer service, social media management, research assistance, and transcription services

Experience: 4+ years of experience providing virtual assistant services to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and executives. A psychologist by profession with experience as a remote mental health provider handling individual and group counseling, psychotherapy, psychological testing and assessment,  and any related tasks.

Skills:               
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Slack, Zillow)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
        
Availability:
Flexible scheduling, available for part-time or full-time support  

Languages: 
English (Fluent), and Filipino (basic)
