I provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. I process customers' orders/changes according to established policies and procedures. Additionally, I offer customers new or upgraded services to enhance their experience.
I have assisted in training and mentoring new hires during nesting to slowly ease the transition from training to production. I am highly competent in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, and internet savvy. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills acquired through continuous training and work experience.
I am dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction and meeting or surpassing company expectations. I can focus on projects, develop strategies, and meet or exceed deadlines. Furthermore, I can build a strong rapport with personnel, customers, and associates based on knowledge, professionalism, and integrity.
