Profile Description

I'm a CPA, Senior Corporate Accountant based in the Philippines.
I have experience in rental, banking and fund accounting industries (US client).
I am well experienced in Quickbooks, Upgrade to see actual info, Hubspot and Airtable.

I primarily perform the following tasks:
1. Bookkeeping (includes all journal entries, categorizing and recording transactions)
2. Reconciliation of Bank Transactions (Day to day checking of bank remittances for direct transfer, check, and cash deposits)
3. Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist
- Understanding and analyzing contract agreements
- Create and send invoices
- Regular communication with customers on their invoices and outstanding balances 
- Collecting payments from customers
- Maintains and monitor Aging Receivable of accounts per client
4. Account reconciliation 
5. Accounts Payable - entering and categorizing Vendor invoices
6. Payroll Reconciliation 
7. Month-end accruals and amortization of prepayments
8. Preparation of Account schedules 
9. Variance Analysis (BS and P/L accounts)
10. Preparation of Financial Statements 
11. Assisting during audit season

Aside from accounting, I'd like to try other jobs to broaden my experience and learn new skills. I am a teachable person and very willing to learn.
I can work both independently and as part of a team. I can quickly adapt to new situations.
