Profile Description

I took up Bachelor of Arts Major in Mass Communication in St. Theresa's College. During my college years, I was very active . I was an officer of various organizations like the Dance Troupe, I Love the Ocean and Social Action Committee, hence I was always present in leadership training seminars and team building activities. These involvements molded my leadership skills, thus made me effective in both working with a group and/or individually.
My work experiences transformed me to be the person that I am today. My expertise are on planning and implementing projects that are aimed at fulfilling a company’s thrust. Currently, I am the VP for Marketing & Operations of Human Factor, spearheading 3 arms: Sourcing/Recruitment, Education/Visa and Corporate Training/Business Consultancy.
My 7-year stint in the BPO industry gave me the strongest foundation of people management and development. My sales history in the different fields (products and services) awakened my interest in profit and accountability. My marketing and promotions sophistication bridged lasting clientele relationships.
