My Name is Lui, and I would like to use my experience-based passion in the Virtual assistant field, Data Entry, and Customer Support services. With all the training and experiences, I believe to be flexible and manageable. As a customer service representative in the BPO industry, I have worked closely with high-level executives from fortune 500 companies that develop communication skills, competence, and professionalism. I can collaborate well with High-level executives and their teams to set up conference calls including but not limited to Town halls, Roundtables, Investor Relations meetings. I desire to assist clients in the success of their business. The trust and partnership that I can share with my clients.

I can be very useful in your team since my primary objective to my clients is to give Outstanding Results, Long term Relationships, Professionalism, and Leave 100% satisfaction. I can also help you with the following:


1. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/LEAD OPERATOR:
I set up and facilitated conference calls over the phone for business meetings. (For example, US Companies Quarterly business meetings, Company updates, Global conferences, etc.) That will be held thru phone for participants all over the world. I listen and be on standby as a virtual assistant.


2. VOICE CAPTURE TRANSCRIBER:
Participants who will join the call will require to record their information (e.g., First and Last Name) as part of the attendance. We listen and type in what the participants registered, gathering the data to be submitted to the customers.


3. DATA ENTRY:
Collecting information and data from live participants who call in (e.g., Name & Company Name) as part of the client's request before joining them at the live conference. I also input data and information from a document to Google Spreadsheet or Microsoft excel.


4. EMAIL & CHAT SUPPORT:
Assisting customers via chat and email with their inquiries regarding their accounts.


5. RESERVATIONIST:
Answering inbound calls from clients who wish to book conferences. Providing product information and suggesting features that are best fit for their conference needs.


6. MENTOR/TRAINER:
I also experienced mentoring from at least two batches of new hires—teaching and guiding them through the process for Lead Operator, Voice Capture Transcription, and Data Entry.


7. INTERNET RESEARCH:
I can also do Internet research for personal use and clients' requests.


8. PHOTO & VIDEO EDITING:
I have a basic knowledge of Photo and Video editing using free apps on smartphones. I learned the basics when I started editing the photos and videos for my YouTube account. I can also design and create simple portfolios, resumes, product logos, invitation cards, creative social media posts using templates from Canva App.
