- developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture, and environment
- creating/drafting job posting for the Clients according to their job requirements
- using candidate databases (Upwork, LinkedIn, Boolean Search Strings, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder) to match the right person to the client's vacancy
- full-cycle of the Recruitment process: sourcing, pre-screening, screening, interviewing, creating feedback, offering & hiring
- preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding a suitable applicant
- briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits
- organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
- negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
- research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
- develop and execute recruiting plans
