I have acquired experience working in both Wholesale and Private Label business in Amazon, working with my previous wholesale client, my main duties were fixing Intellectual Property Complaints and other Account Health Issues. Aside from that I was also in charge of Fixing listing issues and a little bit of Product Research on the side.


I also have experience as a Customer Support Specialist both in Amazon seller central and our email support account, I can help you establish a good foundation and connection with your customers to gain trust and a lasting relationship, this often reflects positively on our Product Reviews. I can help you create and manage case logs in seller central support, answer customer queries and concerns without compromising the 24hr period/time frame.


However, the things I can do are not limited to those tasks. I can also work with spreadsheets to keep track of our records and keep it up to date, I extract reports from Seller Central like business reports as well as Advertising reports to track our PPC Spend daily, I reach out to customers who left a negative review or feedback and deal with it the best way we know how because giving the best customer experience possible is just as important. I also know how to manage customer refunds, fulfill Amazon Orders and coordinate with our team and product developer when it comes to product replacement or if there's any issues that arise with customer's product experience.

Helium10, Scan Unlimited, OA Genius, Webscraper and Keepa, AMZ Scout Pro, Unicorn Smasher, MBS Retriever and Spot N Paste.

I can also work with simple graphics using Canva and Photovibrance, work with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Monday as well as Microsoft Office.


PRODUCT RESEARCH

with extensive research, I can help you find your winning product, providing accurate data that is 100 percent based on a market that would be willing to pay for it.

I have used tools like AMZ Scout, Unicorn Smasher but my most used is helium10 as it's packed with all the necessary tools and information that can help me save time.

Better ranking can be achieved by first, conducting quality market research. I use the X-ray feature so I can get a quick preview of my competitors ( focus on the top 5 sellers) I analyze their listings (find listings with room for improvement) and extract listings that are sponsored as I only care about listings that rank organically.

I am proficient with other tools in Helium10 as well like Blackbox's Products and keywords as I find it the most helpful, I use this if I'm not yet satisfied with the products that I found using Manual Research.

LISTING CREATION & OPTIMIZATION

3 key points for a WELL-OPTIMIZED listing: A good list and placement of keywords, an excellent set of images (Hero Image, Infographics up until Lifestyle photos as it helps add a PERSONAL TOUCH, in a way that potential customers can visualize the feeling when they use your product), as well as a conversion-focused copy, meaning it should be CREATIVE and PERSUASIVE. Listing Optimization, Keyword Research, and Amazon PPC each serve a part for your product to be both DISCOVERABLE and DESIRABLE.

AMAZON PPC/SPONSORED ADS I will help you increase conversion rate through campaigns by hitting the right keywords on both front end and back end of your Product Listing, reach new and potential customers, and make your listing shown on page 1 while still maintaining low ACoS.

AMAZON SEO/ KEYWORD RESEARCH

I know my way around Helium10, I am competent in using Cerebro to find quality and most relevant keywords for your product to make sure that your Product Listings rank on Page 1.

I can also use Frankenstein in processing, sorting out keywords and use them to CREATE and OPTIMIZE Listings in Scribbles.

My knowledge of keyword research are not limited to software tools like helium10, Jungle Scout's Keyword scout feature and Seller Tools Keyword wizard, I also know websites to dig keywords like Upgrade to see actual info or Upgrade to see actual info. Once I sort and filtered out the relevant keywords, I would then use the gathered information to compose titles, bullets & descriptions that connect people at a personal level.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am also competent in using Feedback Genius that can help you increase your Social Proof (reviews & feedbacks) . This also plays a major role in Amazon PPC for better ranking and a plus for Customer Service as well. I use Feedback Genius to create a custom email template to schedule and send to customers right after purchasing or once they received the item.

I always make sure to answer customer queries, reply to feedbacks & reviews as soon as possible without having to compromise the 24hr period as it helps create a good impression on your profile to your customers. 


INVENTORY MANAGEMENT  

In terms of Shipment & Logistics, I can help you Achieve First-In, First-Out (FIFI) shipments that prevent stock-outs, Create Optimal Shipments for Products and communicate with business partnerships with suppliers & prep centers.
I can contribute to successful Replenishment order from each supplier to garner sufficient Inventory and readying for the next Replenishment with the supplier. I can also help you Investigate all orders to ensure it reaches customers with no issues and take proper action to remedy any situation, and of course Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.

SUPPLIER SOURCING

I also have a background working with suppliers as I had a 300hrs Internship at MacroAsia Corp. under the Purchasing Department, I was in charge of contacting and negotiating with different suppliers. I ask them for fax quotations for price comparison, finalization of the product that we sourced until the receiving of deliveries for Inventory Management. Most of the Items that I've handled was for Office Supplies and Airport Equipment for Philippine Airlines.


GRAPHIC DESIGN
I can do basic Graphic Design and Photo Editing using Canva and PhotoVibrance to help you optimize your listing in the Image category, I can help you add texts for infographics, edit your hero image, lifestyle up until Enhanced Brand Content.
