I have experienced of working in the field of Learning and Development for 8 years as a Operations People Development Supervisor and recognized for developing training materials for newly hires that includes videos, powerpoint presentations and even virtual programs which is applicable also for existing staffs of the company. Proficient at leads generation, cold calling, appointment setting and working through the entire company cycle with optimal customer service skills.
I am xcellent in providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs; and handling concerns and suggestions of my colleagues ensuring that the terms and conditions of the company are properly followed and accurately implemented. Also, staying updated on company offerings and industry trend is a big help.
