*Responsive to 150–200 emails and 150–200 live-cat inquiries per day on average, answering questions from clients, resolving issues, and presenting product details.
*Provide prompt, accurate answers to client inquiries and viable solutions.
*Working knowledge of a dynamic environment with a high volume of tickets
*Analyzing consumer data to identify issues, create solutions, and uphold high standards of service
