I’ve been in the contact center for more than 10 years. I handled different roles such as Quality Specialist, Training Specialist, and Assistant Team Lead performing administrative tasks such as Email and Calendar Management, Data Analysis, Reports, Data Entry, Extensive Research, and Event Planning. I used various tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Adobe, Calendly, Trello, DocuSign, and communication tools like Google Voice, Skype, WebEx, Slack, Zoom, Hangouts, and Microsoft Teams. I worked for a Real Estate Broker and Property Managers as a Virtual Professional. I gained experience in MLS and different CRMs like Upgrade to see actual info, Active Campaign, Listings to Lead, Follow up Boss, KW Command, and Fidelity Farm. I was a social media manager, providing marketing skills like scheduling posts using Planoly, making newsletters in I Contact, and creating different flyers and marketing campaigns in Canva.
