Profile Description

I am an experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative for a home inspection company and previously, for a telecommunications company. I have high close rate for sales and high scores for first call resolution. I had the chance to sell life insurance as part-time as well. I used to work in Japan as a technical intern which taught me a lot of patience and love towards work. I am used to working in a multicultural environment and is able to communicate both in English and Japanese.
