I worked with various clientele such as HP, Verizon, Anti-Virus programs and that provided me the skills to ensure proper Technical, Customer support whether it is a voice, email/chat support. I have an experience also in the field of Aviation and that provides me the habit of making sure every detail is correct and in order to ensure the safety of a flight and the passengers or crews. I am well-verse in speaking the English language and I am also willing to learn every time an opportunity rises.
I am a quick learner and a team player and have an open mind to think outside the box to solve an unusual problem or to come up with an idea that will provide stellar results with efficiency.
