I am a seasoned Team leader for over 4 yrs. I started in the contact center industry as a technical support agent. I know how to handle irate customer and other escalation. I have an intermediate knowledge of salesforce, Zendesk, Amazon seller central, eBay Afterbuy, google apps such as docs, sheet, maps, forms, keep, mail and calendar. I also have basic knowledge with photo editing, basic web design and creating banner and other social media post.
My previous experience was with Tier 1 and 2 technical support for networking products, Tier 3 support with Telco, voice/email/chat for ecommerce and last would be customer support for AU logistics.
