Meticulous, and hard-working virtual assistant with experience being a Quality Assurance TT, Customer Service Representative, Cost Accountant, and Operation Assistant. I'm proficient in handling administrative projects, including but not limited to document creation, scheduling meetings, and data entry. I can work one-on-one with small businesses to provide flexible and affordable administrative support.  I have been tasked to do handling emails, produce quality reports and dashboards, conduct live call listening, and outbound calls, develop, maintain and audit product costs for accuracy, and conduct a physical inventory.
