Profile Description

In my previous position, I work with a large range of clients particularly in the Customer Service Industry (Food delivery account that includes Customers, Couriers, and Restaurants as well as Retail account by taking orders/service/inquiries over the phone, live chat, and email for 1 year now. Everyone has their communication style, and I am confident in my ability to meet client needs.

In this industry, I am aware that I will communicate with customers of all kinds including private customers. I have always had a knack for getting along with a variety of personalities. I have full faith in my ability to adjust to a variety of contacts. I do have some training in customer service which I believe will help.

In addition to my educational qualifications, (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration) and experience which I believed prepared me for this role which is Customer Service Representative for years now, I am a hard worker, a team player, and work tirelessly to get the job done. I thrive on challenges and always remain extremely committed to the success of any project and deliver exceptional customer service to all who need help promptly.
