Profile Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, I leverage my IT education and five years of customer service experience to provide quality assurance and technical support for various products and services. 

I have a strong background in email and chat support, troubleshooting customer issues, and developing strategies to improve customer experience. I also have a skill in AutoCAD drafting, which I acquired from my previous role as an Office Assistant at House Research Development.

In my current role, I monitor customer interactions with the company’s products and services, ensuring that all policies are adhered to and customers are receiving a satisfactory level of service. I also work with the customer service team to provide feedback, coaching, and training on how to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. 

I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. I believe that I can bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, as I have worked with different types of customers and products across various industries.
