As a Customer Service Representative, I work on a team and am responsible for
answering inbound customer calls. My daily activities include:
- Answering approximately 50 inbound calls per day in a courteous manner.
- Providing assistance and information regarding their purchased products, and customers’ online account concerns.
- Used to be part of a Training Team as one of the Mentors
- Took escalation calls and provided necessary support to other colleagues as a Resolution Specialist. - Knows how to use Zendesk - Knows how to use Canva
