Profile Description

 I possess more than ten years of progressive experience in client management and the sales industry.   I am currently working as an account manager in an integrated multichannel service company responsible for managing client expectations and account onboardings, handling client escalations, working with the operations team, and handling pricing. Prior to this, I was supporting the US market in the telecommunications industry for 3 years where my main tasks are outbound calling, receiving inbound calls, and maintaining good customer relationships. I also worked in the real estate industry for 4 years where I focused on outbound calling to new prospects and follow-up calls with my current and previous clients.  I also did email and social media marketing on the side which lead me to generate positive leads and close deals.
