Profile Description
I am a graduate of Business course major in Marketing and currently working as a Fraud Analyst in one of the biggest banks in the US.
My tasks include assisting customers filing a claim, fraud analyzing, admin tasks, and claims inventory.
I was also a customer service rep in one of the e-commerce platforms (eBay) where I was tasked to do admin works like helping customers updating their personal information and buy and list items online and billing issues.
I am a well-driven person, eager to learn new things, which I believe can help me with my work and improve myself and skills that could lead to excellence. I love to see results with all the hard work I exerted.
I am open to both constructive and positive feedback, so I will know where I do good and what learning opportunities are that I need to work on.
I have good verbal and written communication skills that can help me assist different types of clients.
