I have worked as customer service representative for 5 years and currently working as a content moderator. My job was to support customers and provide helpful information, Answering questions and responding to customer complaints. For content moderation our job is to ensure we make internet a safer place for all user-generated contents submitted to an online platform. I am responsible to segregate contents to its rightful categories base on the rules and policies of the application that we are moderating.
