I am currently employed as a BPO employee. I've been with the industry for 5 years now. I specializes with Customer Service for a financial account which is America's one of the largest bank. I used to handle disputes and chargebacks for JP Morgan & Chase. I worked as a Technical Support Representative as well for AT&T which I help customers related with their phones, TVs and internet issues. Same goes with my previous account which is CenturyLink, I used to assist customers in troubleshooting internet and computer problems. I was a Customer Finance Representative under Sprint. We assist customers regarding their questions about their bill, assisting customers to be able to apply for a payment arrangement im the event that they don't have any means to pay for what they owe on their account. We alsi assist them in setting up a line.
This is not only being able to assist the customer to resolve their issues. I personally put myself in customer's shoes in order to understand what they're going through. I show empathy and I make my customer happy in every call. Being able to gain their trust is very important as well as letting your customer knows that you're there to help not just for the sake of your job but because you understand them.
