Profile Description

These are my experience-acquired skills, which are needed to be an efficient and effective administrative assistant. Being in the education field for 16 years, I don't only teach students but I am exposed to administrative work wherein I manage students' information in Excel/Word, set appointments with parents using the school's email for a parent-teacher meeting, update the calendar for activities and deadlines, and upload marks of students in a database. As an educator, I do manage my time according to our timetable, plan beforehand for my lessons, and edit students' work. With all the mentioned work and skills, it is evident that I can do multiple tasks proficiently.
