I am working for 7 years in a corporate world. 4 years as Customer Service in the Biggest Network in the Philippines, ABS-CBN Corporation, 2 years as Order Management Officer in a Food Corporation that supplies well known products in nationwide in the Philippines (Kopiko, Le Minerale, Cal Cheese, Malkist and many more.) I also have a experience in Marketing in one of the Biggest company in the Phillipines (Robinsons Corporation).
I was hired as Marketing Services Office in one of the biggest company in the Philippines Robinsons Corporation. Here are some of my tasks. • Handling and monitoring Facebook page of “Robinsons Builders” and its official website including messages and feed (posting news, articles, products and any announcement for promotion of the company) • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.) • Attending marketing activities, seminars or events to raise brand awareness and additional knowledge

Here are some of my tasks. • Organized customer information and account data for business planning and customer service purposes • Contributed in generating sales by closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationship • Handled customer inquiries, requests and complaints through calls, email, SMS and various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
