Hi. I have 2years experience as a customer service representative and 6months experience as Influencer Marketing Specialist.
As a Customer Service Representative, I was trained to answer calls,assisting the customers with their Upgrade to see actual info this field, I learned how to become a good listener,organized,how to handle irate customers and how to work under pressure.
Being an Influencer Marketing Specialist, my job is to find influencers for our client. I also do negotiation, sending messages to the influencers using instagram and email, and organizing their details on a sheet.
