Profile Description

My primary function as an Accounting Personnel is to monitoring email send by the vendor and do the systematic and analytical review of invoices if it pass the conformity rule to process for payment. I also work on the preparation of Statement of Account (SOA) and communicate with vendor’s for any issues/concerns related to payment of invoices. We ensure that the vendor’s remittance information is correct and updated. After all the validation we use our accounting software to input the invoice in our system. Lastly, I submit necessary reports related to Accounts Payable to the Head of Accounts Payable Team.
