Profile Description

Experienced Customer Service Representative with nearly 7 years in one of Microsoft hired Call Center in the Philippines, with 2 of those years as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME).
My work includes handling 2 chats at the same time assisting customers with their issues about their accounts, Billing, Hardware, Network. We also take phone calls especially if there's a payment method involved, for security reasons.
Right now, I'm in an E-commerce field as a Chat/Email support for about a year specializing in Billing, Sales, Order Management.
I'm pretty much familiar with these tools Shopify, Magento, Gorgias, Zendesk, LivePerson, Communication Console (ComCon), Membership Support Tool (MST), NewStore.
I am new to OnlineJobsPh and looking for long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure that every project becomes successful.
To add more, I have arranged a fully personal space furnished with all kinds of virtual purpose elements like a high-spec computer, a strong and stable fiber connection, a land phone, and so on to ensure my 24 hours available to the customers which are very important for this role.
